Noodle was thickly heavy and eggy, I had a springy bite. Coated with distinctive ketchup sauce, it was smoothly delicious. Dumplings were a crisp, minced pork wrapped was nice salty. Amount of Char Siew was too little, thinly sliced and placed on top of bowl. No doubt it was not the authentic one, but as long as the taste suited my liking I would considered it was the good one.
