The hokkien mee is slightly to the dry side but that only means that the noodles have soaked up all the prawn stock! It is really very well cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasoning. The sliced chilis add some extra spice to the hokkien mee and I love squeezing the lime into the noodles such that it is a little sourish and saltish and spicy(red chili). I find the prawns to be very fresh and crunchy as well. Definitely not famous for nothing!
