This hokkien noodles sold here is with really nice presentation as it is placed on the white bamboo leaves which also added that extra fragrant to it. The noodles are really chewy and not overcooked. Especially like the generous amount of seafoods in it which includes the crunchy fresh prawns, chewy sotong rings. There are also thinly sliced fish cakes and lots of beansprout in it too. Like the sambal chilli used to cook in the noodles which is not too spicy and added that extra fragrant tas

Especially like the generous amount of seafoods in it which includes the crunchy fresh prawns, chewy sotong rings. There are also thinly sliced fish cakes and lots of beansprout in it too. Like the sambal chilli used to cook in the noodles which is not too spicy and added that extra fragrant taste to this delightable local dish. Serving is quite generous and good to serve two adults.
