I got myself the Hokubee Ribeye Don and added their 63 degree egg for $2. The egg was a huge disappointment - the yolk wasn't runny and the egg white looked slightly greyish in colour. There was a generous amount of beef in the bowl and the beef itself was not bad. There was quite a bit of fats but it didn't taste oily at all. Furikake was added to the rice and while it was nice, I felt like it took the attention away from the beef. I wouldn't mind coming back to try the other dishes.
