An impromptu idea to have vegetarian food, it was nothing to do with religious purpose. Chinese Vegetarian cuisines might be a lot, mild in taste and catered to local flavour. Spotted a stall at corner, the sign board was stylish with an interesting name. Occupied a minor space, Menu was unexpectedly wide-ranged. Self-service basis, we waited upon ordering in front the stall. Well-maintained and arrangement was neatly hygiene, service was quick also.Do you noticed it was a purely vegetarian dish

Do you noticed it was a purely vegetarian dish, I cannot sense it was vegetarian food if by looking at its appearance. Whipped the fried meehoon, the plate was pipping hot fragrance. Ingredients were generously added, Vegan Fish Cakes, Vegan Pork, Egg, Beansprouts, Carrots and Veggies. Cooked until perfection, Meehoon was appetizing with decent amount of saltiness. Texture was just nice with appropriate soaking time before stir-fried, neither not too hard nor too soft. Simple straightforward to satisfy me, everything was mixed well to accompany each other. Portion was sufficient, price at $4.00.
