We were having an old pals gathering and was sourcing for a dinner place where we can sit and chat when we came across this Jap restuarant.We were shown to our seat after waiting for around 5mins. The restuarant interior is rather big and with about 30% empty seats.The first experience with the waitress is when taking our orders. The resturant employs Philippinos for the job and this lady serving us has problem taking down the names of the dishes.. I ordered a pot rice stated 20min waiting time.

My friends also placed their orders (supposingly regular waiting time).
The first thing served was a cold sake. We had told the service staff we need 2 sake glasses, however only one was given, hence we requested another. 5mins later waiter came back with 2 warm sake cups, which is not appropriate for cold sake. told them to change, and another 5min to come back to us saying they ran out of the small cold sake glass and tried to give a big soft drink glass! in the end my friend settled with the warm cup.
around 20-30mins my order came and i tot i can start eating. And waiter check if it was my first time taking the dish, my answer yes. "miss, you need to wait for 20mins for the stuffs to be cooked". so my total wait time from order to eating was around 45mins.
fortunately the dish is tasty with quite alot of ingredients. seafood taste fresh.
would recommend this resturant if you can put up with the kind of service level for a premium priced above-average taste jap food.
