I am a great fan of deer meat. At the coffee shop, I decided to try the deer meat hotplate. When the dish was done, I took a bite to try. The gravy was still sizzling in the hot plate, bringing a delicious scent of meat in gravy. The deer meat was tender. It had not been overcooked. The sauce and the tender deer meat was a heavenly combination together with rice!
