Salmon or beef is one of the most popular and basic dishes in pepper lunch. Where raw meat will be placed around the rice which is in the middle with corn and butter. The butter and the brown and garlic sauce makes the rice very fragrant. I really like the hot plate concept. The whole combination of mixing and cooking the meat together with the rice and the sauces make the dish very nice.
