First time trying the foods from this caterer and thanks for my uncle who has ordered the food from them for his housewarming. The food spread was quite many and the display is neat and clean. Among the food I have tried, my favorite will be their deep fry fish fillets and the stir fry char chye. The fish meats are soft and fresh and the outer layers are crispy and not too oily. The char chye,also known as the stir fried cabbage are very crunchy and not over cook and not too salty. Great fo
