I went to this Vegan Restaurant near Yishun, mainly because it was located near my friend house. It was famous in serving decent and healthy vegetarian food.The ladyboss was making effort to re-create the non animal dishes to be similar with the normal. I thought mostly Mock Vegetarian Goose will taste like rubber, but this one was pretty chewy and did not have any plastic texture.
