I love dim sum

Since we all love dim sum, we decided to go for lunch at Crystal Jade. As we were still early, it was not that crowded. We ordered many dim sum items and one item that left a great impression was the deep fried dumpling with prawn and parsley. It was the very first time that I tried this item. It was a surprise because although it was deep fried, it was not oily at all. The outer layer was so cripsy but it was so moist and soft in the inside. It was a surprise because although it was deep fried, it was not oily at all. The outer layer was so cripsy but it was so moist and soft in the inside. The filings consists of veggies chopped into very small bites with prawns and parsley. Delicious. As for the rest of the dim sum, it was good as crystal jade standard was well maintained.
