The most perfect way to fight the crazy heat that we are having these days probably would be a bowl of ice kachang.Ice kachang has always been a top choice if i wanted a dessert to complement my meals. A recent experience changed my opinion of it. It seemed it does require a certain effort to make a perfect bowl of ice kachang.
And this particular stall matched my expectations for a good ice kachang. It was delightful to look at that colorful pile of shaved ice topped with some sweet corn. The different flavor of different color that poured over the shaved ice made it exciting to dip through it to find the treasures awaiting underneath. It came along with 3 atap seeds, sweet corn, red beans, jelly cubes.
I enjoyed it pretty much.
