Individually made fishball noodles

There was quite a long queue at this stall, I had some time, so decided to queue for fishball noodles. I queued for almost half an hour before I got my bowl of noodles. As I was queueing, I realised the uncle prepared each bowl of noodles very meticulously, ensuring the right amount of ingredients were included in and using a pair of chopsticks to mix the noodles! As I was queueing, I realised the uncle prepared each bowl of noodles very meticulously, ensuring the right amount of ingredients were included in and using a pair of chopsticks to mix the noodles! That was the reason why the queue was so long!
It was not bad a bowl of noodles. The ingredients were basic but the noodles were still a little tough. The fishcakes and fishballs were flavourful.
