When we were looking through the menu, we then realized that the queue started forming within minutes and it was so long. the place looks very high class and it has the feel of some fine dinning. By saying so, the area is actually quite small. However, they fully utilized their tables. They have long tables and yes, you have to share table with other people. There are a few choices for their soup base and the ingredients that you want in your ramen. I ordered the IPPUDO Original tonkotsu. With the addition of the flavoured egg, it cost $3 more. Since i really loved the flavoured eggs, i ordered it but i find it quite expensive. There are other add ons that you can add, such as the cha shu, etc. What is unique is that you are able to choose the texture of your noodles, whether you want it medium or hard. The waiter actually recommended us the hard type but i goes with the medium since i like my ramen softer. The soup base was nice. However, i find the bowl of ramen quite expensive. Even though they have the fine dinning atmosphere, the bowl of ramen is not that worth of the price of $20.
