Currently this is one of the most popular burger outlet in Singapore. Located at the newly opened The Grandstand, it is not easy to get there. Best drive there, else you could also take the shuttle bus. Its burgers originated from the US. It is the only restaurant in town that smashes its patties, giving them their artfully irregular shape and crispy, caramelized crust that seals in tons of big, beefy flavour.
After making payments for our order at the cashier, we collect our drinks at the food counter. If you are given a pager, please wait for it to light up before collection.
The burger joint is quite big, with plenty of seats around. Remember to help yourself to the sauces and pickles in the centre of the room.
I am having the specials which is The Foie Gras Burger ($19.90). The juicy patty is very juicy and meaty. Topped with the pan seared foie gras, the taste is even more enhanced, bringing it to a greater height. The burger bun looks small but it is just the right size for the patty and tastes quite buttery. Although the burger looks small, but I feel quite full after eating it. Overall the food tastes very good here, but prices here is not very wallet friendly. The menu is also quite limited, as it is mostly burgers with beef patty. Hopefully they can have something like pork patty (my favourite).
