The appearance of the Katsu Sandwich sold by Romankan Yokohama looked like a burger with big slice of red tomato and generous of green lettuce and onions.

The sandwich had a toasted bread and fried pork fillet aroma. It tasted good and freshy.

The bread was crispy on the toasted side and the fried pork fillet inside had many crispy breaded crumbs. The generous amount of vegetable inside gave the sandwich a refreshing and removed the oiliness taste of the pork fillet.
