I am so thrilled with the new opening of a shopping mall near me. This means more new food to try out. This time I tried kung fu paradise. It is a really cute restaurant. As I went about 6 plus, there was a dinner queue. But somehow the staffs were very efficient and the queue moved really fast.Their menu seemed pretty close to those hong kong café kinds. Their menu seemed pretty close to those hong kong café kinds. I ordered their mango thai chilli chicken with egg and rice. This dish turned out to be pretty good! They use the shredded raw mango which gave the dish a sourish twist. They drizzled the dish with thai chilli sauce giving it a sweetish spicy taste. The chicken was deep fried till very crispy until you can hear this crunch sound at every bite. The chicken meat is very tender and juicy as well. the egg just made the dish looked complete.
