Kway chapI think kway chap is something very local food to singaporean. but i seldom try kway chap because it's all about the organ and intestine to me, but i'm wrong. The kway (slice shaped noodle) is just like kway teow, come with the braised soup that is quite tasty. The tofu is what i love the most, soaked with the gravy that they braised till very fragrant and tasty. I only ate two pieces of the intestine, cant accept the smell but i think that should be quite nice for those who can accept intestine. There are also the mei cai (dry preserved chinese mustard) which is quite delicious.
