Lobster!!!This is a lobster dish. The lobster meat is covered in a kind of yellow sauce. The sauce is not bad but it could be improved. The sauce is a little too bland. However, I like this dish because I like the lobster meat. It is very succulent and fresh.This dish could do better in presentation too. The plate/bowl they use looks like one side of a cymbal. The lobsters are placed in the small middle of the plate/bowl making it look like there is very little on the plate/bowl. Also the plate/

This dish could do better in presentation too. The plate/bowl they use looks like one side of a cymbal. The lobsters are placed in the small middle of the plate/bowl making it look like there is very little on the plate/bowl. Also the plate/bowl is a little too heavy. Not very ideal for moving around.
They should also increase their food portion.
