The 'legendary' luxurious laksa served at Hotel Re's Re!fill Restaurant - finally I got the chance to taste it from a friend's treat. There's a one for one laksa promotion going on so we each order the laksa as it is famous there. The laksa came with the usual ingredients - fish cake, hard boiled egg, prawns etc. The star of the laksa is definitely the gravy and the abalone. Though the abalone is small, but it tasted good. not too overcooked that makes is chewy, instead the texture of it is just nice. The gravy taste great too! a little to the thick side and it was so fragrant and tasty that I ate the whole bowl (and wanted more actually...) A good place to dine as it is quiet on a weekday night. Server is attentive as well.
