Lao Ban Soya Beancurd is famous and there will be always a queue in their shop.I ordered Lao Ban Soya Beancurd at Clementi, Cityvibe. This is my first time tasting their soya beancurd and it cost $1.50.The texture of the Lao Ban Soya beancurd is smooth but it taste average. The proportional of sweetness level is uneven as it varies different in each layer. At the top layer/part, it is plain whereas the bottom layer is too sweet.
