This Taiwanese all time flavourite snacks is well like by Singaporeans. The chicken cutlet is really big in portion and has been coated with bread crumbs before deep frying. It is very crispy outside and the meat inside is very juicy, tender and not too hard. It is very crispy outside and the meat inside is very juicy, tender and not too hard. One of the highlight to these chicken cutlets are they actually topped with some spicy chilli flakes which added some spicyness to it. These big cutlets are also cut into small pieces so for easy munchying and at the same time easy to carried around. Nice to eat it on it's own or with a bowl of plain rice.
