One of those days that i ended up having dinner pretty late. Most of the food stalls have already closed for the day and left mostly the tze char stalls around. I remember this particular stall serving Nasi Lemak and economic fried bee hoon, kway teow and noodle near Khatib MRT. I remember this particular stall serving Nasi Lemak and economic fried bee hoon, kway teow and noodle near Khatib MRT. I made a stop here when driving home to take away something to eat at home later. I decided to order fried noodle with fried chicken wing and a fish cake. I was starving then so i ended up ordering more.
The texture of the fried noodle was a little dry but still acceptable, fish cake tasted normal but the fried chicken wing tasted pretty good. It was nicely marinated and coated with a thin layer of flour then fried it well. It still left with a slight crispiness when i gotten home. The sambal chilli was rather good too. I asked for an extra serving of chilli and when mixed it well with the noodle, it enhanced the overall flavor.
