Japanese Dried Fish Stock
The soup was flavourful but not as oily as the usual pork soup.
Served with extra char siew, lava egg, and sea weed.
The noodles used in this ramen dish was different from the usual type. It was like thick yellow noodles which we commonly known it as yee mee. The soup was rich and creamy, tasting quite similar to prawn noodle soup.
Overall the ramen dishes were not bad. Service was fast.
