I've been hearing great reviews of szechuanese liang pan, but never knew quite where to get it in Singapore. So when I heard that the Chongqing Grilled Fish people were exploring this venture, I had to head down to Tiong Bahra plaza, for a taste. Not only was it tasty, it had the required kick (I love spicy!). The meats are fantastic (you get to choose from a variety), and mix it with whatever cold vegetables/salad.
