Attracted by the unique handmade Soba, we were able to see the chef making noodles on the spot through the transparent glass at storefront. Bringing over rarer traditional Japanese dishes, Vegan may felt great to know that Shimbashi provided some meat-free options too. Ambience inside was relaxing and service was prompt, waiting time was about 15 minutes.Menu was extensive, yet I picked this. Chilled noodles with Natto, Lady’s finger, Seaweed and Japanese Yam, it was performed in dried version.

Menu was extensive, yet I picked this. Chilled noodles with Natto, Lady’s finger, Seaweed and Japanese Yam, it was performed in dried version. Undoubtedly refreshing Soba, taste was light and decent. The main point was healthy, it lacked of heavy-seasoned flavour. The portion was not huge for $17.80, may enlarge the bowl by paying additional $5.00. If looking at quality, Shimbashi Soba was certainly fine which I had ever sampled. The only setback would be the price, it was quite expensive.
