Being a lobster salad fan, I was happy to find out that umi sushi sells lobster salad sushi. Other sushi places like edo sushi do not sell such yummy sushi. The lobster is really yummy. Love the mayo or rather the dressing they use on the sushi. The lobster is kind of fresh. The meat is quite sweet and succulent. Then got a little fish egg, so crunchy. One word to describe all this, DELICIOUS!
