Mushy mess in plate, it was greatly relied on the frying skill. Darkening soy sauce may be a little salty and overpowered, taste was heavy and rich tangy. Huge pieces were soft and smooth, the added eggs and preserved radish blended well together. The dish would be better if added some sweet dosage to balance the saltiness, anyway it was appealing enough. Portion was generous but it was still not enough for me, tasteful cubes to allure my taste buds. Price was $2.50, quite reasonable.
