FoodWhat's for lunch today? It's none other than one of Hani's favourite dish - Lontong!Cost : $2.50What we got: 3 rice cakes covered up by gravy, together with 1 hard boil egg, toufu and vegetables (sayor lodeh - includes cabbage, carrot and long beans), not forgetting the sweet tasting chilli that sums up the dish. The thickness and amount of the gravy is adequate, not too spicy or rich and one can really slurp them up all. What I like about it is how those soft rice cakes blend extremely well

What's for lunch today? It's none other than one of Hani's favourite dish - Lontong!

Cost : $2.50
What we got: 3 rice cakes covered up by gravy, together with 1 hard boil egg, toufu and vegetables (sayor lodeh - includes cabbage, carrot and long beans), not forgetting the sweet tasting chilli that sums up the dish. The thickness and amount of the gravy is adequate, not too spicy or rich and one can really slurp them up all. What I like about it is how those soft rice cakes blend extremely well with the gravy and fried grated coconut (kerisik).

See Fried grated coconut, all along I thought it was fried shrimps. With the colors from the grated coconut, it spice up the dish presentation.

Service
Just today, we waited about 20 minutes for our lontong. Uncle is as friendly as usual and like to joke with customers.

Ambience
Noisy in a hawker centre

Price
Economical pricing, acceptable by neighborhood.

Recommendation / Tips
There are many good food that Hani's food stall provide, one can try out their mee soto with begedil.
