There were quite a number of Lor Mee stalls in Tiong Bahru Food Centre. But the one with the longest queue was the one with yellow signboard.Their Lor Mee was self service, even the condiments were also self service. This Lor Mee had thick dark gravy, however there was not much braised meat soup taste.
There were ngor hiam, fish cake and braised pork meat.
The ngor hiam was traditional ones, not those crispy ones. It tasted good with some mince meat in it.
The braised pork meat was slightly fatty type and it was braised well. The braised meat tasted soft and tender and almost melted in your mouth.
