Lousy food with decent service

Was shopping at AMK Hub with my family and decided to head to New York New York for lunch. The restaurant was pretty empty and we ordered the Party Platter. We were kept waiting for a good 30 minutes before the food arrived. The grilled prawns were cold and so were the BBQ ribs. Told the wait staff about it and they promptly send the food back to the kitchen. Had to wait for another 10 mins before we see the food again.
