Time for my favourite bread. Yum Yum. I dropped by Tiong Bahru Bakery at Raffles City on the way home.Kouign Aman ($3.50)My all-time favourite with its super sweet and crunchy crust. I like to eat it by peeling layer by layer, which I feel can enjoy it more.Almond Brioche ($3.00)The bottom tastes a bit burnt and bitter. A letdown for me. I only like the soft almond filling inside.
