I went to Laurent Bernard Chocolatier for a nice dessert. I love the desserts here especially their souffle. It is simply delicious. one of the nicest souffle I have tasted. I love the atmosphere here, very relax and great to chill out. I ordered their chocolate soufflé, it took them some time to prepare it, cos soufflé cool down really quickly and when they do, it sinks. It is the worst thing that can happened to your soufflé. Their chocolate soufflé is indeed heart stopping, it is so rich in their chocolate taste. the soufflés is very warm and when you take a bite into it, it gives you this warm and fuzzy feeling. Really delicious. the soufflé is so nice and is rises perfectly.
