One of our starter was Sous Vide 48 degree King Salmon ($26.00++). Salmon is pretty fresh!Another starter was Deep Fried Calamari & Prawns ($22.00++). Squeeze the lemon, and dip it with their spicy aioli sauce... Not bad
For the mains, we had Baby Lamb Rack wih Gremolata ($46.00++), and Wagyu Short Rib ($46.00++). Love their crispy cheese croquette, and of course the soft, juicy wagyu beef!
To be honest, I am enjoying every bit of their food and time spent in Ocean Restaurant
