The view at level 55 & 56 of ION is magnificent. At Salt Grill & Sky bar, not only your mouth feeds... your eyes too.Kingfish sashimi which tasted really tangy. I finished every slice of it though it got too oily & overwhelming after a few slices.Love this Truffle oil and parmesan french fries! The Broccolini with confit eschallot was too big a stalk that I found myself having a hard time to cut it without making too much noise. Eventually I gave up cos I didn't want other guests to stare at me. A dainty portion. The skin of this grilled spatchcock puts me off a little as the skin is on the fair side. The taste was lovely but still, I didn't finished it as I had a hard time getting the meat off the bone. Have no idea what is this dessert called, but it just ain't to my liking at all. It's moussy, tasted like extremely sweet green tea powder plus other things that I can't figure out what it is. The only edible thing is the egg roll biscuit on top.
