Having tried the puddings from Amasoy, I wanted to try their Hokkaido Milk drinks as well. In particular, the Matcha flavoured one attracted my attention. I asked the staff recommendations for the topping and he said that Matcha milk drinks are best paired with azuki beans/red bean jelly. I don't really like azuki beans and so I opted for a safe option, the Hokkaido milk jelly. I chose a 50% sugar level. Overall, the milk tasted pretty smooth and I love the milk jellies! I don't really like azuki beans and so I opted for a safe option, the Hokkaido milk jelly. I chose a 50% sugar level. Overall, the milk tasted pretty smooth and I love the milk jellies! I felt that it would be better if the matcha taste is stronger. Perhaps I should try a lower sugar level next time, or choose the Matcha jelly topping.
