I ordered the Sirloin steak - medium rare. The main course comes with 2 side dish and one sauce. I chose Ratatouille and Potato Gratin as my side and the Bernaise sauce for dipping. The steak was cooked well - nice and juicy. It's really nice to dip into the buttery tasting sauce. It's quite rich so go easy on it. Tip: Ask for some rock sea salt. Sprinkle some on the steak and eat it without sauce.
