This dim sum is quite special and is my first time tasting it. The kueh taste quite similar to the usual yam or carrot sliced cakes which is quite thick and moist on the inside and crispy on the outer layer. Inside filled with generous amount of sliced yam and carrots and the smell is really fragrant. The special part is they have topped the kuehs with strips of mee sua before bring to deep friend which make it even more crunchy and taste quite similar to deep fried crispy beehoon. Not too b
