I used to work near Raffles City Shopping mall and I would always see a long queue outside this restaurant on my way back to the train station. The long queue started forming as early as 6 am! I decided to wait for the hype to die down first. There are three different types of soup base to choose from, the white (original), black (black sauce) and red (spicy). As it was my first time, I chose the recommended Black Mori Ramen in black soup broth. They also give you an option to upsize the noodle

They also give you an option to upsize the noodles by up to 5 times! Every dish comes with a small bowl of dipping sauce, which is flavourful and definitely added taste to my ramen. I particularly like the ramen here as it is cooked well and very springy. However, I felt that the broth was a little too rich for me. The evenly sliced chashu, though a little salty, is tender and contains a good portion of fats.
