Lai Lai Casual Dining (Closed)

My girlfriend wanted to shop at bugis street so we headed to bugis to walk walk. After hours of shopping, we both got famished and we headed to lai lai casual dining for a meal. I ordered their minced meat rice. It was really good, though the portion was a little small for me. The meat was minced very finely and it was braised for some time.
