The FoodI ordered Xing Hua Bee Hoon and Deep Fried Batang Fish.The bee hoon is tasty and fragrant especially with the fried spring onions that was added into the bee hoon. Inside have ingredients like prawns, sotong, vegetables, sliced lor bak and bean sprouts and all very fresh. I think that the bee hoon will taste even better and more flavourful if they have added clams and dried shrimps into the dish. The bee hoon is tasty and fragrant especially with the fried spring onions that was added into the bee hoon. Inside have ingredients like prawns, sotong, vegetables, sliced lor bak and bean sprouts and all very fresh. I think that the bee hoon will taste even better and more flavourful if they have added clams and dried shrimps into the dish.
As for the fish is tasty and wholesome but I find that the thickness of the fish is a little too thick hence not so crispy. However, if the fish is sliced thinner, it will be even more crispy and delicious!

I will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this!
