Anyway one of my fattest addiction is this okonomiyaki from this stall. They serve a limited variety of okonomiyakis and I happen to get the simpler version with no additional frills. The noodles are actually precooked and placed in one corner and when you place an order, the chef/cashier will scoop a pile of noodles to put on the pan and then fr it, along with eggs and other fillings, depending on your order. I didn't wait long for my order, perhaps 5-10 minutes. The guilt really stems from the mayonnaise and the yakisoba sauce. Really fattening. Oh well. Despite the lack of any meat, it is still a very flavourful dish that is supplied by the sauces and the egg. Really yummy and you need not visit any fancy restaurant to try something like this.
