The restaurant is designed to be comfortable for the diners while having an indoor and outdoor environment suitable for those who wish to enjoy the nature air outside while chilling out with friends and those who wish to enjoy the nice cooling air-conditioning in the restaurant
We waited for about 20 minutes before we are able to get a table suitable for our group of friends (We have about 8 pax for this gathering). This restaurant provide free wireless access (Need to get password from them) so we are able to surf the net, chat up while waiting for our turn to enter the restaurant.There are 3 different flavors to choose from but for us, we ordered 3 of them to share among ourselves as there is a promotion (Due to newly opening) of buying a Full Slab will free a Half Slab. In the end, we have a total of 2 Half Slab and 2 Full Slab of Sticky Ribs.
The Mashed potato are of a higher quality ones as compared with those fast food chain. The most special one is their Ribs which I find even though the sauce is a bit too strong, the ribs are very tender and doesn’t stick on the bones at all. Overall taste is good as I believe they had pre-process the Ribs before dipping onto the Hickory sauce.
Ribs are being marinated till even the inside of the meat is very tender and does not stick with the bones at all. Before serving it to the customer, they spread some Tuscan Baked Spicy sauce onto it. Actually this dish is not really spicy and the overall feeling is the same. This dish was served with mashed potatoes and green veggies.
This is another dish which i can recommend to try. The sauce is made of black pepper sauce and feels like you would crave for more (for those black pepper sauce lovers). The ribs were slowly cook till soft and tender which will is easy to consume with fork and knife.
