I am not the enthusiast of Curry, but I must say the curry really fantastic. Strong coconut aroma was more than enough to satisfy us. Spiciness was challenging our taste buds, it went very well with the ingredients. Fresh Ang Ko Li fish head was carefully simmered with gravy, it was typical Teochew style cuisine. A bowl of plain rice was already more than enough to compatible it.

It was another remarkable item. Decent and humble, it was just nice without any luxury ingredient added. Dried shrimps was mixed and cooked along the rice, black soy sauce did its part to highlight the scent. Thanks to Esther for such recommendation.
