Yaki Yaki Bo has several dishes that involves bean sprouts and this is the one that is just bean sprouts. Its a perfect inexpensive side dish that's only $2. Before I tried it, I was pretty much joking around with my family about how different can bean sprouts taste. I wouldn't say it tasted different, but it tasted better than most bean sprouts that are in char kway teow, lor mee etc. It was well fried and it has the nice fried taste. Before I tried it, I was pretty much joking around with my family about how different can bean sprouts taste. I wouldn't say it tasted different, but it tasted better than most bean sprouts that are in char kway teow, lor mee etc. It was well fried and it has the nice fried taste. Pretty good in my opinion. Would order for it again if I'm eating rice at the restaurant.
