Ever since I have made my first visit to Necessary Provisions, I had simply fell in love with it, especially the coffee and the somewhat mysterious look of the cafe which is a great spot to get some quiet when the crowds are not around. Since my first visit, I had went back a couple of times just to try out their other food offerings. The 8oz White ($5.00) would be the size that one should get if you prefer weaker tasting coffee as it has little aftertaste lingering around after a sip.The Savoury
I was pretty mind blown by the Pork Burger with Apple Sauce ($14.00), which is only available after 6pm as part of the dinner menu. The Pork Burger was grilled and cooked through, but to the extent where it was very tender. The patty also had a flame-grilled flavour that burgers these days seemed to lack. The Apple Sauce was goes with the buns, though it would have been better if the buns were also grilled. There are plenty of greens in this burger, which makes the burger feel less sinful.
