Crispy BBQ pork buns 脆皮叉烧包
Their signature Crispy char siew bao...it is very delicious..sweet and light crust with juicy roast pork filling. One good point about these buns is they can be kept and consume later and is still quite tasty.

Fried soy sauce noodle 豉油皇炒面
This is a traditional HK style breakfast dish. The noodle was very dry and had to been eaten with porridge like they usually do on TV. Nevertheless, this was well fried and had smoky aroma (wok hei), still kinda yummy if consumed the correct way.
