Was treated for a CNY dinner at My Humble House and was served an eight course meal, a special menu for the CNY festival. My favourite dish and the most memorable dish was this one, and it was the second course. On first look, it doesn't look as appetizing but the sweet tomato was stuffed with a mildly salty and mildly spicy sauce and cubes of tender chicken, having the texture of a seafood.
