It's has been a long time since I have tasted a plate of fried Hokkien Noodle that leave me on high notes. Style of Nam Sing Fried Hokkien Mee uses yellow noodle with thin bee hoon of ratio 1:1. What I like about their style was that the stock from the prawn broth is not too cloying, the amount was in right amount, rich but not too creamy.
