The location of Necessary Provisions is rather hard to find, and there is only one bus (173) that goes to Eng Kong Terrace area. It is all the way at the far corner amongst the shop houses, spot the vintage small bicycle just outside the cafe and there you go!The coffee is definitely worth you making a trip there. Must try: Savory scones @ only $5 for 4 pieces - the scones have a very unique taste compared to the other scones I had before.
thumbs up! The staff there are rather friendly but the food waiting time was rather long even thou there wasnt alot of customers in the cafe.
